PerformForward’s coaching practice focusses on helping clients, within business context or as private clients, to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Clients are assisted in the following ways:

  • Resolving existing challenges
  • Dealing with change, both unforeseen and planned
  • Improving performance and productivity
  • Accountability coaching
  • Personal growth
  • Awareness activation
  • Goal setting
Unlike other coaches Innocente Burger describes herself as a people coach instead of a life, business or executive coach. Whether her client’s focus is on personal or professional topics she feels it is important to always realize that this is a “person” challenge first and foremost. It is therefore important to honour the person as well as the challenge being faced. This involves understanding the psychodynamics of the individual, their purpose and motivations as well as their strengths and how these can be leveraged.

Innocente also works with individuals who have suffered past traumas. With her passion for psychology she is uniquely suited to understand the impact that past trauma can have on current events.

Innocente studied psychology at the University of the Free State and has both a business and a coaching background. This allows for her to assist adults regardless of the nature of their inquiry. She is an accredited mBIT Coach and has also completed her Coach Practitioner course through SACAP, a course which provides an Executive coaching approach based on applied psychology. She is also an accredited Strengths Coach.

Innocente works with her clients on a face-to-face basis, whether in-person (in Centurion or Bryanston) or via video conferencing such as Skype or Zoom. Coaching programs are agreed with clients on a case-by-case basis and each program is custom designed to meet the requirements of the client.
